It is with a heavy heart that we come to inform you that while we would like to move forward with the conference this month, we have received many cancellations from attendees, speakers and exhibitors who are unable to attend the conference due to the company travel restrictions and the “business-critical” meetings policies now in place at many organizations. We believe this will be increasing in the next few days as more companies adopt these policies.
In order to allow for planning time and to ensure a successful conference with ample attendance and knowledge sharing, we are forced to reschedule the ClinBiz Summit to a later date. The new ClinBiz Summit 2020 dates are September 15th – 17th, 2020 at the same location – the Hyatt Regency in Morristown, New Jersey and online via livestream. We hope that by then the company travel restrictions will be lifted and participants can attend with greater freedom. Please save the new dates and consider joining us if you have not yet registered.
Current Attendees: For those who were already registered, please note that all current registrations (attendees, speakers and exhibitors) will be honored for the new dates. There is no need to re-register. You will be receiving updated tickets via email in the next few weeks with the new dates per our prior emails. For the time being, please be sure to cancel/reschedule any travel plans including your hotel reservation as unfortunately the hotel does not allow us to do this on your behalf (new hotel link will be available within the next few days).
We are honored and thankful for your participation in our community and look forward to having you join us on the new dates as we ensure the best possible conference experience for both in person and online attendees.
