Gerhard Baumann is a Senior Manager at Motive Power and currently serves as the Process Improvement Service Line Lead. Gerhard has over 10 years of experience in project management and process improvement within Engineering Design, Agriculture, Food Manufacturing, Utility, and Renewable Energy sectors. He is an Industrial Engineer and Project Management Professional (PMP) certified. Gerhard likes a variety of sports and lately has been teaching tennis to his kids.
