Maryanne Santilli has over 15 years of finance and accounting experience with a specific focus in clinical trial financial management in both the Pharmaceutical and CRO industry. Through her tenure within the industry, she has consistently delivered trial performance metrics with respects to start up inclusive of clinical trial supplies, site payments, site contract execution, clinical trial budgeting and planning. She has streamlined key financial processes while improving financial accuracy and quality across North America Clinical Operations.
In her current role she leads the Scientific Alliance Management team for Novo Nordisk Inc. where she is responsible for managing strategic collaborations in an effort to optimize performance, process, communication and financial investment. She delivers financial leadership and expertise in the development and execution of Clinical Trials by providing strategic input into start up and long range planning activities.
